- Emergency Shelter: Short-term housing options for individuals and families in urgent
need of shelter.
- Transitional Housing: Temporary housing to help individuals stabilize and plan for
permanent housing.
- Case Management Services: Providing support and assistance with housing applications,
employment, benefits, and other services needed to transition to permanent housing.
- Life Skills and Supportive Services: Offering services such as job readiness, and to prepare individuals for independent living.

- Offering meals, showers, and hygiene supplies.
- Providing case management and referrals to community-based resources.
- Offering job readiness workshops and employment assistance.
- Providing connections to mental health services, addiction support, and other essential
services.
Homeless Prevention
Key Activities:
- Rent Assistance: Emergency financial support for rent and utilities.
- Eviction Prevention: Mediation services, legal assistance, and financial aid to prevent
eviction and keep families housed.
- Housing Retention: To help individuals and families maintain stable housing and
promote long-term self-sufficiency through counseling, education, and skill-
building.
Permanent Supportive & Affordable Housing
Key Activities:
- Connecting clients to permanent supportive housing (PSH) and affordable housing
opportunities.
- Working with housing developers, landlords, and government agencies to increase
available units.
- Assisting with the application process for PSH and affordable housing.
- Providing wraparound services, including case management and health support, for
individuals transitioning into permanent housing.
- Support for seniors facing housing instability and ensuring access to affordable,
safe housing options.
- To provide housing and support services for young individuals (ages 18-24)
experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
- To help individuals improve their credit scores, enabling them to qualify for better
housing options and secure long-term stability.
- Provide housing and assistance services for Veterans experiencing homelessness or
at risk of homelessness
- Income Support and Employment to support individuals in achieving long-term
housing stability through financial independence and access to housing
opportunities.
